• We accept returns for most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
• Returns and refunds are not available for certain products, particularly second hand items.
2. Synthesizers – Sold As-Is
• All synthesizers sold on One New Planet are used products and are sold “as-is”.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
• Damaged or defective items (excluding synthesizers) must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
